Fabric offers an abundance of choice with a wide range of high quality food and drink, brought to the table with an award winning level of service. An extensive A la carte menu is supplemented by Champagne breakfast, lunch & three course dinner for two & bottle of wine menus, daily chef’s specials and monthly chef’s plates; regionally inspired dishes created from local produce or with local significance.
With a comfortable stylish restaurant space, flexible bar area and an Al fresco area, Fabric is designed to make you feel at home at any time of the day; be it a light lunch, family meal or a private party.
The varied selection of chilled continental beers, extensive wine list, champagne and signature cocktails ensure that the bar is a firm favourite, allowing Fabric to make you feel equally relaxed whether having a quick drink or enjoying a special occasion.
The restaurant remains open everyday till 9pm and 10pm Friday & Saturday, the bar till midnight during the week and 2am Friday and Saturday.
